These Terms of Service govern your use of the SafeArmour TT website and your purchase of medical scrubs and related products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
All prices are listed in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD) unless otherwise stated. PayPal transactions are processed in USD at an approximate conversion rate displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.
Orders are available for pickup at our location in Trinidad. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection. Uncollected orders after 14 days may be restocked.
Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase and in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Returns made in-store are free of charge. If returning via delivery, the return cost is the courier fee, which must be covered by the customer. Custom or embroidered items are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
A 10% restocking fee applies to returns made after 7 business days from the date of purchase or delivery.
SafeArmour TT is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products beyond the purchase price of the item(s) in question.
